Skyframe Residence approaches the interior as a matter of structure and restraint. The design does not rely on gestures or focal points, but on clear spatial logic, controlled proportions, and a consistent relationship between elements across the entire home.

The main living area is organized as an open plan, without becoming undefined. Living, dining, and circulation zones are connected through a layout that allows continuity while maintaining clarity. Fixed elements—joinery, wall treatments, and timber details—anchor the space, while soft, neutral surfaces create a stable backdrop. The composition is not driven by the quantity of objects, but by their precise placement.

Light is treated as a structuring tool rather than an effect. Large curtains and blinds filter daylight, keeping the interior evenly lit throughout the day. Artificial lighting is integrated into the architectural lines—linear, circular, and concealed sources define zones and support use without drawing attention to themselves.

In the private areas, the same discipline is maintained with subtle shifts in tone. The master bedroom is defined by restrained color transitions, integrated wardrobes, and light partition elements that organize functions without fragmenting the space. The emphasis remains on proportion, spacing, and a sense of order that comes from the layout itself.

The children’s and teenage rooms introduce more flexibility while staying aligned with the overall language of the project. Built-in desks, storage, and sleeping areas are carefully positioned within each room’s geometry, allowing for clarity of use and adaptability over time. Variation appears through use and scale, not through stylistic contrast.

Bathrooms follow a similarly controlled approach. Continuous materials, clean lines, and integrated storage and lighting produce spaces that are straightforward, functional, and visually quiet.

Skyframe Residence is defined by consistency. Rather than relying on isolated moments, the project is shaped by the way each part relates to the next—through proportion, alignment, and material continuity—resulting in an interior that is composed, coherent, and precise.
