Aura Estate is a home composed in stillness. Designed as a spatial extension of the client’s personal and professional identity, the residence merges warm tactility with exacting precision, offering a setting where every detail is calibrated for clarity, softness, and composure.
Upon entry, the experience unfolds gently. The open-plan living space is anchored by a double-height wall clad in honed travertine and oak — a gesture of verticality softened by light. A suspended grid of linear luminaires draws the eye upward while mirroring the architectural rhythm of the fireplace composition. Furniture volumes are plush yet structured; their muted tones echo the natural palette of the materials, creating a living environment that is calm, but never clinical.
Adjacent to the main lounge, the dining area continues the theme of tonal harmony. Curved, textured armchairs surround a sculpted stone table — a piece that acts as both gathering surface and sculptural statement. Lighting here is quieter in form, allowing the composition to breathe.
The home office and meeting space are tailored for focus and discretion. Timber slats provide texture and warmth, while wall-mounted lighting and bespoke joinery reinforce the space’s visual integrity. Materials remain consistent — stone, wood, fabric — all chosen for their ability to age beautifully and recede from distraction.
In the private zones, the bedroom introduces softer, more intimate gestures. The fully upholstered bed, the vertical wooden backdrop, and the tonal layering of textiles invite quiet retreat. The walk-in wardrobe offers a contrasting sense of order and refinement, with minimal framing and considered lighting creating a boutique-like feel.
Bathrooms continue the narrative through sculpted basins, matte black fixtures, and backlit mirrors that act as soft architectural elements. Marble-effect porcelain surfaces unify floor and wall, while natural oak vanities add balance and warmth.
