LOCATION

Thessaloniki, Tsimiski

Situated on the urban axis of Tsimiski Street, this clinic was designed as a composed, spatial framework for a high-functioning aesthetic practice. The goal was to create an interior that communicates precision without coldness — a place where clinical function meets visual restraint and material richness.

At the core of the design is a curved marble reception desk — not a statement piece, but a grounded object that organizes the entrance and sets a material rhythm echoed throughout the space. Subtle backlighting and soft architectural lines create contrast without theatrics. The desk floats on a plinth of warm oak, softening the mass and connecting it visually to the built-in elements beyond.

In the waiting area, custom banquette seating and muted tones do not try to disguise the clinical function — they elevate it. Materials were chosen for their tactile neutrality: textured upholstery, matte walls, and oiled wood finishes that wear well and feel honest. Artwork and lighting are kept architectural and minimal, ensuring the space remains legible, not ornamental.

The consultation rooms continue this sensibility with compact layouts and an emphasis on quiet order. Every surface has a purpose — storage is fully integrated, lighting is ambient and considered, and reflective finishes are used sparingly to expand the sense of volume. Treatment areas, though equipped with all the necessary infrastructure, feel measured and light-handed, allowing the medical procedures to take focus without distraction.

This is a space designed to support focus and comfort, without overstating its identity. It doesn’t aim to feel like a home, a spa, or a gallery — it feels like itself: a working clinic with clarity, warmth, and intent.
