The interior design is structured around a clear and legible logic: a limited set of elements, precise relationships, and a focus on everyday use. The space unfolds over a double-height volume, allowing natural light to penetrate deep into the interior and reveal material textures without the need for excessive articulation.
The ground floor brings together the main functions — living area, kitchen, and dining — in a unified layout where distances are short and movement is direct. The staircase operates as an organizing element rather than a formal gesture, leading to the loft where the bedroom is positioned with a greater sense of separation, while maintaining visual continuity with the space below.
The composition relies on integrated elements. Storage, counters, and built-in features are treated as part of the architectural structure rather than added objects. This approach keeps the space open and readable, even within a compact footprint.
Material selection is restrained and consistent. Wood, textured surfaces, and ceramic flooring are combined in tones close to a natural spectrum, avoiding strong contrasts. Darker accents — primarily in metal details — act as points of reference within the composition without dominating it.
In the kitchen and bathrooms, the approach remains deliberate and controlled: clean surfaces, reduced lines, and fully integrated equipment. Lighting is used to define surfaces and support function, without introducing unnecessary intensity.
The bedroom on the loft follows the same principles. Low volumes, minimal elements, and a direct relationship with the surrounding envelope create a space that operates quietly, allowing the architecture itself to shape the experience.
The result is an interior defined by precision and coherence — a space where architecture does not seek to impose itself, but to clearly organize the way it is inhabited.
